You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal declaration by email without undue delay, stating the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Withdrawal instructions, effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at BBC Best Box Containerhandel e.K., Returns Department, Petersweg 11a, 22946 Großensee, Germany without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If your order comprises several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, for example a multi-part, assembled container, the period runs from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Withdrawal in text form

An unequivocal statement in text form is all that is needed. The quickest route is an email to kontakt@bestboxcontainer.de: State your name, your order number and the item you wish to return. A letter to the address given in our legal notice, or a call to +49 1525 9026450, works just as well.

You may use the model withdrawal form reproduced below, but it is not obligatory.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the date and time of receipt.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to section 312g(2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to the following contracts:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to your personal requirements (for example containers custom-cut for doors and windows, custom paint finish, or a custom interior fit-out)
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature

Returning a container: how it works

Who organises the return? You declare the withdrawal (email, letter or form). We organise the return itself: we instruct the freight forwarder and agree a collection date with you.

Who pays for transport? We do. You incur no transport or freight costs for the return.

How is the container collected? By hook-lift forwarder (skip loader) or, depending on access and positioning, by crane vehicle. The forwarder contacts you in advance by phone or text. The container must be able to be picked up again from the freely accessible standing area.

What if a crane is needed? If access is restricted or the container was specially positioned, we arrange the appropriate crane vehicle; we also bear those costs as part of the withdrawal. Structural changes at the installation site that make collection harder or impossible (such as fences, foundations or extensions built afterwards) are at your expense and may be taken into account as a loss of value.

How fast is the refund? We refund the purchase price including the standard outbound shipping no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal declaration, using the same means of payment as your order and at no charge. Until the container is back with us or you have proven it was handed to the forwarder, we may withhold the refund.
